" Hello this is Cherie Krieger on behalf of expertvillage.com. We are going to continue on with the leg massage that we were starting out previously. Once again you do your warm up. Next we are going to do some more fist to help stretch out the muscles and showing a technique on how to stretch the foot and the muscles as you are going down as using your forearm. Starting out with the foot pointed up and slowly going down as you go down with your arm. We could also use this same techniques but you point the foot up on the upper surface of the calf. Once again you could use your forearm for this to."
