" Hello this is Cherie Krieger on behalf of expertvillage.com. We are going to continue on with the leg massage we where starting out previously. Once again you do your warm up and then you could do cross fiber. Slowly, spreading the muscles apart. At this time we are working basically on the calf but your could but it is always good to continue up into the hamstrings. Another technique to help warm up the muscles is jiggling the muscle to loosen them up to get in deeper and you could do it in the pron position and with the leg up with this. Once again these are all techniques to help warm up the muscles so you as a therapist could get in deeper. Next we are going to do some more fist to help stretch out the muscles."
