"Hello, this is Sherry Krieger for Expert Village.com. In our final phase we are going to review what we have done within our hot stone massage. First of all, you always ask the client how the temperature of the room is for them, if they are comfortable with their draping, and then what you do is start applying the stones. Once again the heavier larger stones on the beefier part of the body, the hips and the shoulders. The medium size stones going up the spine and smaller stones placed around the shoulders and in the fingers. You massage the limbs one by one while the stones are heating the back; then you come back and you remove the stones carefully. After removing the stones, you massage the back. You can start by massaging the lower back and going into the upper back. Then as you go along, you make sure and keep a constant dialogue with your client that they are comfortable and that the temperature is good for them."
