" Hello, Sherry Krieger for Expert Village.com. Once again, we are going into the final two segments of our demonstration of hot stone massage. In this demonstration we are going to do final farewell strokes all the way up and down the back, and with a good majority of massages you end with the neck and the head. It is always nice to go back to the neck a few times even though it may seem like you are repeating yourself, but this is often one of the most stressed areas in the body where you find the tightest muscles. If you think about it, these neck muscles in your neck and in your spine hold up this large, round bowling ball of a head, so they have a lot of work to do, finishing off with a small head massage."
