" Hello, this is Sherry Krieger for Expert Village.com. We are continuing on with our lesson on hot stone massage today. First of all, before you even begin with your client, you need to ask them how the temperature was for you. Wonderful. Are you comfortable? Is the headrest comfortable for you? Very good. Is this draping adequate or do you need more? That’s fine. All right. Great. You can utilize wonderful soft music in the background to help give your massage ambience and help your client relax. It also helps you, as a massage therapist, pace yourself during your massage. The music in the background should be soothing and not upbeat and not glaring. It should be soft and subtle and relaxing."
