" Hello, I am Cherie Krieger and on behalf of ExpertVillage.com. The next technique is to go up the sides of the nose with your fingers. This helps drain the sinuses through this area. You can always go over it two or three times if you wish. The next area is underneath the eyes, which is a very delicate area and you do not want to bruise yourself. So carefully use your third fingers where they have more padding and do little circles right at the edge of your eye socket, your underneath eye socket. Once again you can go back but do this very gently because you do not want to bruise this delicate area of your under eyes. The next technique is to rub right here at your temples which a lot of people do anyway. Rub at your temples and you can do this as long as you wish. And then you can add finding all the little indentations in your brow ridge where your eyebrows are and rubbing them in little circles as you are rubbing the side of your eyes, temple area. And that is basically it and you can do that to yourself over and over again, once or twice and help really drain your sinuses and keep your skin very supple"
