Video Transcript

" Hello, I am Cherie Krieger and on behalf of ExpertVillage.com. First of all, you start off rubbing the lymph nodes located right underneath your armpits. And you do this in order to start them draining so that when you work on your face they will continue to drain. Next you go up and you put your thumbs underneath your jaw line and you will feel little indentations in your jaw and you press hard and rub in little circles all up your jaw line until you meet the middle and then go back again. The next thing to do is to go up the ears and once again just feel for those little indentations, everyone has them. They are in different places on everyone, it does not matter you just feel with your fingers. The next thing to do is called little fish in Japanese, which is to go right underneath the nostrils. "
