" Hello, I am Cherie Krieger and on behalf of ExpertVillage.com. In this sequence, we are going to show a brief demonstration on how to work with the arms and the hands. The hands you can spread by pulling your fingers apart starting at the middle of the palm and pulling the palm outwards. This is a wonderful stretch especially for people that use their hands a lot, computer specialist, ladies that knit and that kind of thing. This is called folding, going up the arm and spreading out the muscles. You are going to go all the way up the shoulder but for this demonstration, we are just going to do the forearm and the hand. When you do the hand, you can turn it over once again working with the palm, the medial part of the hand. It is always good to work here in between the thumb and the first finger that is often a tight area. The seat of the palm is often tight, there are several techniques that you can do like crossing over like this which feels really great. Running your hands down as a fist through the palm and you can take this all the way up the arm too. Once again constantly ask your client how the pressure is for them; some people are more sensitive in some areas and not in others. Here is the fingers, this feels really good just rotating your thumb around and around, up the finger and across the knuckles. And once again just a bit more pressure here on the palm to help relax the whole thing. "
