"Now that you've learned the half turn, here comes the hardest turn of all, what's called the "full turn". This is 360 degrees, where before the half turn was only 180 degrees. So what I'd like for you to do is practice the catwalk until you feel comfortable with it, which we've just done, and I've just repeated the half turn. Now watch carefully for the full turn. I'm going to take a few steps, cross over the right, the right foot crosses the left, and I'm going to circle all the way around to the left until I reach the front again. The weight shifted in the turn so that my left foot takes that first step. I'm going to do a half turn to head back up the runway so I can practice my full turn again. Okay, here comes the full turn. I'm going to take two steps, cross the right foot in front of the left foot. Again, circling left. I'm going to until... my legs are crossed, the weight's shifted. All of my weight is over on my right foot, ladies. That makes it capable... I'm capable now of picking up my left foot, walking forward so I can do my half turn. Taking myself back up the ramp, pointing right into the half turn. Here comes my full turn again, watch carefully. Taking a few steps, crossing with the right foot in front of the left foot, circling left and the legs are now crossed. All the weight has shifted right. Pick up the left foot and cross the feet over for the catwalk, walking back up the runway, half turn, back into the basic. One more time. You can practice this in front of a mirror. You can just practice this on any floor at your house, and practice the half turns with it so that you get used to staying on the balls of your feet. When you model, ladies, you cannot stay on your heels. Heels will totally pull you down, and what I want you to do is remember to stay working that half turn as well. It will help you when you learn to crossover for the full turn. Cross right, turn and step it out. Now then I'm heading back up the runway, here comes the half turn, closing into the basic. Watch the arms as I move into the full turn, they just stay close to my body, and then I can move gracefully on down the ramp. So as my arms stay straight, doing a half turn. Here comes the full turn one more time, circling out, stepping and overlapping, half turn, back up the ramp, point right, turn left, close it up with the basic. Now that you've learned the full turn, stay tuned. I'd like to show you one more turn that professional models use called "the fade"."
