In this clip, we would like to talk to you and give you a little bit of information on the fit of a sports bra. It is very important to get the proper fit depending on what level of activity you are going to be enjoying. The exercise bras come in many different models and different levels, depending on what you are going to be doing, whether it just be a simple little thing like aerobics or getting into a marathon activity. The breast is actually made up of ligaments, when most of us think it is muscle, so if the breast isn't supported properly, the ligaments are going to pull and stretch as we do our exercise and our fitness. Knowing that, it doesn't matter whether it is an under wire or non-wire, but the fit is definitely the most important in feature. You will find when you put them on that they do fit a little different than a regular bra, and even though they do tend to give you quite a supportive flattening feel, it is very important to get a good fit so that you are still getting the breatheability. You can also look for another feature in the sports bras which would be Cool Max ,which will give you a moisture wicking fiber in the bra that is going to keep you feeling your best throughout your activity.
