" Hi! My name is Christine and I am speaking to you from Simply Lovely Lingerie in Stratford, Ontario. On behalf of expertvillage.com., we would like to talk to you about bras and bra fitting. In this clip, we just want to touch base on whether you are in the right cup size or not. One truth to tell is if you raise your arms and you are coming out of the bottom of the cup, if you see any breast tissue or any gaping underneath there when you do raise your arms, your total breast is not getting supported properly and you do need to go up into the next cup size. Making sure that the entire breast is covered in the bra is going to give you the best support feature. Now this may change just a little bit in the style of the bra, because there are younger ladies out there that would like a demi cup bra, which isn't giving full support up here, just in throughout here. But again if you are in the right cup size, no matter what style of bra, you should be able to lift your arms up and stay fully in the bottom of the cup."
