"Hi! I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you a self massaging technique for your muscles. This one involves heat and what you could do is you can grab any sock that you have, that you really don't care about anymore and take rice. You don't need to much but I right here is plenty and what you want to do is pour it into the sock. After it looks like a hack sack after doing this just tie a knot in it and place it in the microwave for 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes are up you notice that it is heated that the rice is heated up but the cloth is really soft so it feels really soothing. What you could do is rub this over any soar muscles that you have in the body. Whether if it is your arm muscles or even you calf muscles you could just hold and massage them throughout the muscle. Another thing that I like to do with the helps the muscles is to just when I want to do my homework or it or what ever reading I just place it on the part that is sore and I leave it there. I tie something around it and it sooth the muscles and relaxes it and this is a self massaging technique for sore muscles that involve heat and this happens to be reusable you could use it whenever you like. You could reheat it over and over again. "
