"Hi! I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you a technique for massaging the bottom of your foot and this is just a easy self massage you could get utensils from your own home. Right now I'm just using a big thing of tape. You could either use a tennis ball, a golf ball, just anything thats a circle. What you want to do is place it on the floor, put your hand against the wall and just roll it on your foot like this. Start of with a light pressure and then later on just apply more weight which increase the amount of the massage. Just do that for a little while move it to the ball of your feet and then back to the heel and concentrate on exactly what it is doing to your foot. It is very relaxing and it increases the effectiveness of the massage. Then what you want to do is just apply this to the other foot as well and that is a self massaging technique for the bottom of you foot. "
