"Hi! I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you a self massaging technique for the back to get some of the kinks out. This is really easy its known as the bear hug but by your self. What you want to do is just grip the back where you shoulder blades are and then grip it and then just push 3 times. Then slowly do this moving outward. 2,3 you would feel it stretching and you would feel the massage and it is very relaxing. Do this exercise until you reached the wrist. Then if you feel necessary you could climb back up using the arms, shoulders and then eventually reaching the bear hug. "
