"Hi! I'm Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I'm going to show you a self massaging technique for those who have a exhausted the arm muscles. This is for hiking, bicycling, tennis. What you want to do is just extend you arm over your chest and with the other arm you want to pinch your muscle with the upper muscle, the triceps and then just pinch it for a couple of seconds and then release and then move about a inch lower and then pinch it again and then release. Then just move down the triceps apply the same amount of pressure. This massages the muscle and releases them. Then you could flip it over not flexing it at all having it to be completely relaxed and do the same with the bicep. Move a inch lower on the bicep and then move down. Only do this for a few seconds that is all really the muscle needs. That is a self massaging technique for the arms. "
