"Hi, I'm Angelina Musik on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to talk about how to walk in high heel shoes. Another common shoe worn by women is your classic pump. Your toe pointed to 2 1/2 inch pump. Now the word pump came from England when the servant use to wear shoes that made a squishy water pumpy kind of noise. Well thankfully the technology of making shoes allows us to wear these things without that squishy noise. Now pumps should only be worn for about 2-3 hours a day believe it or not. So it is recommended is that women wear tennis shoes or semi flat shoes to work on their way at work when need to put on your pumps to go to your meeting and when you come back to your desk take them back off. That would reduce the wear and tare on your toes, help your feet feel better at the end of the day so they are not as fatigue and most importantly keep your feet from becoming deformed in the front part. Your bunions and your hammer toes lets try to avoid those. So this is your basic pump. "
