"Hi, I'm Angelina Musik on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to talk about how to walk in high heel shoes. How do you positions your feet when you are standing on your high heels? You have your forward foot at 12 o'clock and your secondary foot at either 10 o'clock or 2 o'clock depending on what foot you have forward. So right now we are 12 and 10. From this angle we have our forward foot on 12 and our secondary the foot on the back on 2. It is important again to keep your knees relaxed, to keep your back straight, to keep your tummy, ab tucked, and your shoulders pulled back. That is the proper posture and position when you are wearing heels. It is easiest to maintain your balance in that position."
