"Hi! I'm Angelina Musik and on behalf of Expert Village, today we're going to talk about blue jeans. What style to wear, the different type of blue jeans, and what looks best on you. These are pair of distressed jeans. They're lightly distressed. Heavily distressed jeans have a lot of tears and shreds in them. They look as though they have been worn and abused for a long period of time. In the 80s we used to call them shot gun jeans because it looked as though somebody put a pair of jeans and shot them with a shot gun. These are also called boy cut jeans. That means that the waist is much wider than a classic jean. It's still considered a low waist, but there's more give to it so it doesn't hug woman's waist as tightly, which gives her a little bit more room to breathe. Especially, if she has a little bit of curvature around her waist. Boy cut jeans are really great for that, whether they're distressed or not."
