So basically once everything is all done, we will go ahead and turn off our foot massager or foot pad, and from there we will go ahead and dry the first foot, which is the left foot as usual; make sure you dry in between the toes. Whatever lotion you decide to use, is your choice. There is no specific one that is best for massage or what have you. Take your lotion and rub between both hands. Basically you are going to massage from the ankle down concentrating on the heel, the center of the foot, as well as the ball. "
