Series Summary

Our feet do an amazing amount of work. It is estimated that each foot carries several tons of weight over the course of a day, and that often in poorly ventilated, uncomfortable shoes, over rough, irregular terrain. We tend to expect our poor feet to do their jobs consistently and quietly. Yet, we often neglect to give them some much needed TLC from time to time.

In many societies, the feet are considered parts of the body that are not to be seen, especially the soles of the feet; while in other cultures, feet are beautiful, and are adorned with rings, anklets and nail polish.

In this free video series, learn how to treat your feet with the care that they deserve, even if you’re the only one who ever sees them. Our expert will teach you how to give a professional pedicure, with tips on what equipment and tools you will need, how to clip and file toenails, how to push back the cuticle, and especially helpful, how to remove calluses from your feet. Also learn the proper way to apply nail polish, so that it looks like it was done at a nail salon.

So go find a friend, watch these videos, and give each other’s feet a beauty spa treatment for free!
