"Hi! My name is Anton and I am here on behalf of Expert Village.com and today I am going to be demonstrating toning the skin specifically toning oilier skin types. What I am going to do is I am just going to take a cleansing cloth and I am going to use a liquid toner. I am just going to apply this all over the face. The best time to do this is after cleansing the skin. The toner is going to re-hydrate the skin and continue moving any excess residue, oil or dead skin cells off of the surface of the skin prior to using any kind of moisturizer. You want to evenly distribute it and you can even rub the product into the skin, kind of massage it into the skin in a circular motion and then you can use the opposite side just to pick up a little bit of the product off. You want to let this set for a few minutes until it gets a chance to dry before using any kind of moisturizer. "
