"Hi my name is Anton and I’m here on behalf of ExpertVillage.com and today I’m going to be demonstrating exfoliating the hands. Now the best way to do this is to just take a gentle salt or sugar scrub, these products are available at most beauty supply stores as well as different types of stores that have any beauty products. I just take a small amount of product and I rub it in a circular motion all over the surface of the hand, just to pick up any dead skin and then I rub the product over the knuckles and through the webs of the fingers. Depending on season knuckles and the webs of the fingers tend to get really dry and you can remove a lot of that dead skin if you just gently exfoliate it daily or a few times a week depending on skin type. Drier skin types usually need to be exfoliated on a daily basis whereas more oily skin types you can get away with doing a few times a week. You can do the same process on the palm of the hand as well, just gently work in a circular motion to remove any dead skin on the palm and you can also extend it out onto the wrist all the way around.
