"Hi my name is Anton and I’m here on behalf of ExpertVillage.com and today I’m going to be demonstrating exfoliating the back. Now I’m going to use a salt scrub but you can use a salt or a sugar scrub, any products like this are available at different beauty supply stores or drugstores, a generic product is really all you need for an everyday exfoliating. I’m just working it in a circular motion with average pressure, the back is a larger surface so you can use a little more pressure without damaging the skin. The great thing about this is that, especially in women, there’s a lot of sun exposure in this area so that means a lot of dead skin cells and uneven skin tone. So exfoliating gently on a daily basis is going to remove those dead skin cells as well aid in evening up skin tone. You can do this process for a couple of minutes just really to remove all of the dead skin cells on the back and shoulder blades and after you’re done, you just want to rinse it off with cool water and then you want to apply a moisturizer just to lock in and protect your skin.
