"Hi my name is Anton and I’m here on behalf of ExpertVillage.com and today I’m going to be demonstrating exfoliating the knee. Now what I’m going to use is just a basic salt scrub, you can use either a salt or a sugar scrub and these kinds of products are available at any beauty supply stores or any major stores that sales beauty products. I’m just going to take a small amount of the product and I’m going to gently work in a circular motion all over the surface of the knee, you can actually use medium pressure just because the knee is a surface that takes a little more abuse since it’s a joint. So I’m just going to work in a circular motion, this is great for exfoliating dead skin. Joint like the knees tend to get a little bit darker just because of all the abuse they take so this is going to help evening out skin tone and remove dead skin. This works best in the shower because your skin cells have the chance to open up and the warmth gives your skin a little bit more of a protective layer from the water, but if you do it outside it’s just as fine. You just want to cleanse it off with cool water and use a moisturizer afterwards just to protect the skin. "
