"We're getting to rinse out the first shampoo. Again it's very important to make sure the temperature is comfortable for the person who you're washing. I noticed that she was cringing a little bit, so the temperature was too high. Always check with them and make sure that you're not doing anything all to make them uncomfortable. Otherwise, they'll never come back to you. Now when you're rinsing out the first shampoo, you want to check the texture of the hair and the consistency and see how easily it bends and moves. Her hair is pretty clean, but we are still going to do another shampoo after this, just to make sure it's good and moisturized. All the hair is clean, the entire scalp is clean, so that she's ready to have her hair braided and leave it that way for a decent amount of time. That way you wouldn't have wasted three hours for a style just for one evening or one day."
