"Job interview in Chinese, it is mia'n shi'. Mia'n here means face to face. Shi' is a test. So, mia'n shi' together, it means interview, or job interview. OK, let me give you some example. We can use interview, here, as a verb, that is, mia'n shi' ne ne, ne shi' yu. That is I will give you an interview; mia'n shi' ne. Wo de, my; he'n hao, good, very good. Wo de, mia'n shi' he'n hao. I did very good interview. So, in this case, mia'n shi' is a noun. Mia'n shi' is a verb and a noun. It means interview."
