Guang gao here is advertisement and for example we have made some compound like bao zhi guang goa is newspaper advertisements, also you say dian shi guang gao tv advertisements, and also we can make uh verbal phrase zuo guang goa, zuo is do so zuo guang goa is to make advertisements or advertise so guang goa is the key word, advertisement."
