It's always obvious to me who has practiced and who hasn't, and you can avoid so many pitfalls if you will just practice your speech before you present it. So you're saying to yourself, 'Well, that's great. I definitely want to practice.' But how do I practice? What should I do? Well, I'm going to give you a very specific outline, a very specific set of guidelines that you can follow to practice. And if you follow this, you won't have to be practicing a whole lot, just a couple of times to work out the bugs, work out the kinks, and you'll be ready to give a great speech."
