"OK, now let me teach you two words, because these two words are always together. That is knife and fork, dao cha. Dao is knife and cha is fork, and dao is a very simple character with only two strokes. Also dao can become a radical, if it's radical it's written like this, so you can't tell that it comes from this, very difficult to tell. Whenever you have some characters that contain this radical, you know that it means knife. And cha, three strokes. The last stroke is the small dot inside. OK, let's see, dao cha. Again, dao cha, knife and fork."
