"Okay, the last word we are going to learn in this part is drought, gan han. This is also a very easy to remember word, because gan means dry. And we can see in the second character, the gan is actually a lower part of this character, and the upper part is ri, can you still remember? Ri means sun. When the sun is scorching, it must be very, very dry. So han itself it means drought. So that's why we have this Chinese word, gan han, for drought. Okay, follow me to write this again. Two horizontal strokes, the second one must be longer. Ri, sun, and then gan in the lower. Gan han. Again. This is gan han, drought."
