"Now let's see what is the Chinese word for "dressing table". "Shu zhuang tai". "Shu" means "dress" and "zhuang" means "make-up". "Tai" is another word in Chinese that means "table". "Shu", wood or tree radical on the left. And the right part is its pronunciation. You can see the 3 strokes here. This is a little left following stroke, and the stroke in the middle is a vertical, and the right is just a vertical, turning and hook. The right part of "zhuang" is "nu". "Nu" means "woman". So the "dressing table" is meant for women. Let's write this whole word again. "Shu zhuang tai" - "dressing table""
