"Okay lets come to the Chinese word for "chandelier", "diao deng". "Diao" means "hang" and "deng" is the word for "light" or "lamp". "Deng" is the general word for "lamp" and "lights", different kind of lights. This is the first part of "diao", and lets come to the lower part. Here the last stroke is the vertical, and this vertical stroke needs to cross here. Okay, again, "chandelier", "diao deng"."
