"Now I'm going to show you how you can use unifix cubes to show quantity. This is one. This is one. This is two. One, two. This is two. This is three. One, two, three. This is three. This is four. One, two, three, four. And this is four. This is five. One, two, three, four, five. And this is five. You keep going until you finish all the way to the end. Once you get to the end, your bowl will be empty. Some children will sort them color. So when you set this up make sure that you have one of one color. Two of another. Three of another, etc. So that the children can sort them not only by color but by quantity as well."
