"The next thing you want to think about is avoiding weak nonverbal movements. What I'm talking about with weak nonverbal movements are things that you do that show that you're insecure, or have a lack of confidence, or don't really know. One of them might be rocking from side to side. I'm not really sure, so I'm going to do this. Other things that show that you're not too confident could be if you're twirling your hair; maybe you're playing with your hair. That's something that you do when you're nervous, so you do a lot of that, or it could be touching your face; really touching your face a lot, because you're nervous, and it shows lack of confidence. So, don't do things with your body, your hands, your face that make you appear less confident. Stand proud; hands to your side, responsive, in control."
