Video Transcript

"This is eye spy for letter box 1. I spy something that begins with "B". Once you lay the sand paper letter up there, have the child pick which one begins with "B" and put it with the proper letter. I spy something that begins with "T", "T". Have the child put each object up there. If the child is struggling, I generally would guide them a bit by saying, I spy something that begins with "M", "M", and put the letter right near the object if you think they're going to struggle a little. It kind of helps guide them so they know what to do. Mit. I spy something that begins with "C". I spy something that begins with "A", apple. And then we talk about the letters again. "B", bucket; "T", tree; "M", mit; "C", cup; "A", apple. And that's how we play eye spy with letter box one."
