"Hi, I am Katalin, creator of Creative English. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to explain to you why reading games are important for children. You can play this game with very short and easy words when your child is about to read. First you can only do it with the letters, write different letters and they have to guess the letters themselves. And then later on you can do easier words, and then with harder and harder words. You can even try to make a sentence. You can tell your children to remain quiet and then when you say "finish" they should say the whole sentence. It is sometimes quite funny what comes out of it. Shall we give it a try? A sentence? Yes. OK, let's try it. Nod if you know or you think you know what it is. "I am finished". Can I say it? "The cat ate the dog". Very good. It is basically suitable for all ages. When they are really aware of different parts of reading and they know what the letter is; they know the sentence and words; they know the letters, word and sentences, then they can try writing on your back. You can make a competition out of it or it can be an afternoon fun or wherever you need to wait or just spend some time. "
