"And see where I should start. I don't want to go all the way up to the top touching the edge of the grid; so I start somewhere in the upper center, down and then to the left and then to the right I can somehow balance with a even distribution of space and strokes; and then a long stroke. With this grid you will be able to tell not to write too short a stroke in the middle like that; instead you go out of this and then stop like that. And then the slant left and then vertical; and then band; and then hook. So that gives you an idea of how to control the space and how to distribute your strokes evenly so that the word kind of strands straight. That's one kind of grid that's called Huizhi grid."
