Video Transcript

"Hi! My name is Bert and I'm Andrew. We're here on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to teach you how to survive a zombie attack. We're straight out of the ZSA and we know what's going on. In this segment, we're going to talk about training for a zombie attack and preparing for a zombie attack, which all these topics do cover, but this one mainly. What you want to do is you want to train in special field, something to prepare you for a zombie attack. Karate, archery, shooting a gun. Yes. You want to stay physically fit. That is a big deal. If you're fat and over bloated, it's going to be hard to get away from a giant pack of zombies. Even though they're slow, you're going to run out of breath. They don't breathe and they can catch you when you're over heating and sweaty, so quit smoking if you smoke. There's a lot of things on the radio that help you to quit smoking. Call one of those 1-800 numbers. They really work."
