"Ignition interlocks, basically what that is is it's a tool that we're trying to push with our campaign to eliminate drunk driving, for all first time offenders to be required to have these on their car. Basically it's a device that's hooked up to the engine of the car and then people blow in those, those offenders that are required to have these on their car, blow in those to actually see their level of alcohol that they have in their system. If it gets over a certain level, I think typically it's a .02, somewhere in that range, and it can be adjusted depending on their own state and their own laws and their legislation their in the state. But then it actually stops the car from working. So if you actually have this device and you're an offender, we've got a lot of offenders that are not necessarily required to have it in there, but they want to prove their sobriety, and so they actually put them on themselves and they pay the charges themselves to actually have those put on the car. And basically what it is, is it's an effective tool that goes in and it stops the car. If someone is over a certain level of alcohol in their system, the car will not work and will not operate. "
