" Hello, I am Jeff Trentham, the children’s pastor at Calvary Church and I am coming to you on behalf of Expert Village. Once they have done all of that, the background check is good and everything is set to go, then we print them a badge after approval. And then that badge becomes their ticket if you will to get them into the double glass doors and into the children’s ministries or the youth ministries. You can't come into this area unless you are wearing a badge that says that we have approved this worker. Like I said, those that wear badges get to enter and the same thing with the kids, if a kid is coming up here and checks in, they go and they get their badge and they scan in and they come in and they wear their badge. If it is a first time guest, we have an information sheet that they fill out and we give them a temporary badge, we take their picture and we will issue their badge the next time that they are here. But they have that temporary badge that they use, so everybody has a badge when you are here in the children’s ministries. "
