" Hello, I am Jeff Trentham; I am the children’s pastor here at Calvary Church and I would like to come to you on behalf of Expert Village just to give you some insight on how we capture the attention of kids and how we keep them energized and excited. And another thing is just being excited, being friendly, being excited, and always having a smile on your face. It does not matter what is going on or what is going on around you, you give that kid the attention that that kid needs and deserves. One of the other things that you want to make sure is to always have something going. Your transition times are very important, you want to have no dead time, I mean things happening left after right just on and on. So it is very important the things that you have in your service, the key elements that we have are obviously songs and games for the kids, we have our offering time, we have our service time. And so there is always something going on for the kids and we make sure that it is exciting and something happening on the big screens, something happening here on the stage, something that is keeping the kids’ attention. And we have some ways to help reinforce what we are doing here and we would like to share some of that with you as well. "
