"Now the next thing that you want to do is you want to limit the scope of each email. Each email should only have one purpose. So, you know, you don't want to be sending emails that, that just go on and on and on. And first they talk about A, then they talk about B, and then they talk about C and so forth and so on. That's not really what emails were meant for. Emails should actually be shorter based on one bit of information. Emails are designed for quick response. ?I need to talk to you about problem A. Problem A is..." and you talk about it. What's the solution? And then you send the email and then you get your response. And then you can send another email about problem B. But you want to limit the scope. And not that you can't talk about two small things in an email, but limit your scope. Don't just go on, and on, and on in one email especially if it doesn't relate to the subject title."
