"Also, to make email easy to read, you want to be real aware of your fonts size. You don't want to have a little bitty 8 and you don't want to have a great big 16. Use between a ten and twelve point font size. Also, be real careful about, you know, what is the type written in. It's best to go with a simple, bold face type that's easy to read. Like a Times New Roman. If you start sending emails, you know, in cursive fonts and fancy letters, they're more, much more difficult for your reader, that they're harder to read. Also be real aware of underlining and bold face. Don't get carried away with that. If it's important, if it's necessary, if it's a title, if it weren?t using underlining or italics, use it. If it needs to stand out, put it in bold face. But again, just like some of the other things we've talked about, don't get overdo it with these things."
