"Okay now when you're writing these emails, just a few tips about the way you're going to lay them out. First of all, have enough white space. And what I mean by that, is don't have a ton of texts, crammed on to the page, you know, where it's just text after text after text and there's really no spaces. There's not enough white space. Make sure that you have a space, have a line between paragraphs. But on the other hand, you don't want to double-space either, because then you've got, you know, you've just extended the length of your entire email and you've put too much space. So try to find the middle ground of you know, dividing up the paragraphs, but yet, not double-spacing. And also something that you want to do is you want to have, you might have bullets for clarity of reading. You know, I've got this one thing that I'm talking about, but now I have a space and I have a little bullet point. That makes everything easier for your reader to follow. Having enough white space and having it laid out, where it's not jut all crammed together."
