"All right, I want to talk for a minute about your hairdo. Now, we talked in the last clip about the fact that your hair should be clean, and that is definitely true, but I want to make you aware of something about your hairdo. Many, many organizations and companies and corporations have policies regarding hair. And you might want to find out what those are. It should be pretty obvious, you can take a look around in your work environment and see that everybody has short hair, or everybody has long hair, or some people have beards, some people don't have beards. Find out what the policy is because even though you may not want to, you need to adhere to those company policies, and again, again a lot of it has to do with the work environment. In your more conservative work environments like banks and law firms, the hair is going to probably be more conservative. They're probably not going to allow beards, maybe mustaches, but probably not long hair for guys. Now when you get into the more artsy fields, a lot of people have long hair, and you can have your beards and mustaches and do braids and pigtails or whatever you want. But just be real aware of it that not only does your hair need to be clean, that it probably needs to follow a reasonably appropriate style based on what your organization dictates."
