Video Transcript

"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Anthony Lucas of the Bujinkan Koteki Dojo in New York City. Today I am going to show beginning techniques of Ninjutsu. Okay the next technique from Akito Harpo is the second part of the five grappling techniques it is called Amote Eopo. Okay, so Mada will grab my shirt. I am going to, not touching her grabbing hand, but just place it there. She comes to punch, I step off, and as I step off, I will strike. As I strike, I will cross over, release hand grip and as I step back with my right leg I will turn her wrist to some sort of like reverse. I'd be to the side and she will fall and that will come back open. So if we do it from this side, Mada grabs and as she grabs I put my hand here. So she comes to punch, I do a block, stepping to the side. I release her grip, step back and begin to turn her wrist and step back to the right."
