The next step on the Seishin __kata is ka nakata. So again in command Meredith is in command, Meredith comes to strike, I step off 45 degrees I hit Meredith but not as hard as I hit her on the first technique and as I hit here she stays in position, I'm going to step in and I'm going to step in and I'm going to shuuto inside of her neck now with the back, you come back to come up.
