The next step on the Seishin __kata is ka nakata. So again in command Meredith is in command, Meredith comes to strike, I step off 45 degrees I hit Meredith but not as hard as I hit her on the first technique and as I hit here she stays in position, I'm going to step in and I'm going to step in and I'm going to shuuto inside of her neck now with the back, you come back to come up. We go again Meredith is command, I'm in command she come, I step 45, I hit her, step in and strike to neck and come back to command. So what it looks like in real time, I'm in command, Meredith is in command, Meredith comes I come to strike to the side and I strike Meredith. Let's see how it looks like in real time and more like in a what we call it a hanker which is a variation of the actual technique, Meredith is in command she comes, instead I step off to the side and I strike her. And as I strike her I'm more like now this position and I hit her."
