Video Transcript

"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Anthony Lucas of the Bujinkan Koteki Dojo in New York City. Today I want to show the beginning techniques of ninjitsu. Okay this first technique I want to show is from the Seishin nekoto which is called sheinokoto. So I'm in command and Meredith is in command which is our posture that we start from. Meredith steps in with a punch, I step off a 45 degree angle, yet keeping my command with my hands, I strike Meredith punching her, and I just place my hand the striking hand that I place as I walk in drop my rear hand and I'm going to come up to a strike right under her throat. Once I apply the strength there and she goes back like this, like her spine is bent I step back, it's a command wait for the next time."
