"Hi, I'm Brenda F. Dixon, the owner of Life Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee and we're here today with Expert Village. In the workplace, when anger is around you, let's say that you're working at your station and somebody else is angry, keep a total quantility, keep a total calm about yourself. All the way around you, allow yourself to not be hooked into what's going on. Do not allow that that's being spoken in the room with you, push the button that's on the inside of you that will trigger you to react in anger. Do you hear it? Do not allow it to happen. I want you to approach this from the vanish point of boldness and calmness. Those are valuable. When you carry that with you, those things cannot get in you and that's important to not let it in you. It won't trigger you, it won't trigger any anger in you if you won't let it in you. Important thing to know."
