"Hi, I'm Brenda F. Dixon, the owner of Life Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee and we're here with Expert Village today. This is how to manage anger in the workplace and there are difficult people in the workplace. Not in every workplace, but in some. If you're seeking out information about anger and how to manage it, you would probably identify some of these people in the workplace. I have lovingly named each one of them for you and so I'm going to go through and tell you who these people are that can be difficult to be with. There's the gossipator. There's a complainator. There's the exterminator. There's the sloppy work ethicator. And lastly, there is the person that is, he's the loner, he's the one that stays away from everybody. This person is just, it's just really hard to be around him. And the last difficult person in the workplace is the what I call lovingly, the evaporator. Now the next time we get together I'm going to tell you about each one of them."
